This is a great opportunity with an award winning, established, environmentally sensitive residential landscape design/build firm, located in Bothell, WA. The role involves designing sustainable landscape solutions, creating design plans, meeting with clients to assess their needs, managing sales processes, and ensuring the successful implementation of landscape designs. The role is also responsible for project management and fostering client relationships. This is a full-time hybrid role for a Landscape Sales/Design professional, with some work from home acceptable.

Position Requirements:

• Skills in Landscape Design, Sustainable Landscaping, and Plant Knowledge
• Experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Service
• Project Management and Cost Estimation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., CAD) and other relevant digital tools
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
• Relevant certifications or degrees in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related fields

In Harmony is currently hiring lawn and tree care specialists. We are looking for safe, reliable drivers who enjoy working outdoors.

The lawn and tree care specialist is a full-time position. Starting pay is $22.00-$24.00 per hour depending on experience. In Harmony offers health and dental insurance, 401(K) plan, paid vacation and holidays.

In Harmony Sustainable Landscapes offers a natural lawn and plant health care program to clients in the greater Seattle and Eastside area. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable about Pacific Northwest plants and lawns or have an interest in learning.

Excellent customer service skills are a must! Our services are concentrated on educating clients and providing healthy, quality landscapes with our beneficial applications.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the care and development of trees and ornamental plants through spraying compost tea, sea kelp and other beneficial products. Also, treat insects and diseases with environmentally safe products as needed.
• Care for lawns through fertilization, weed control, moss control, aeration and overseeding.
• Interact with clients in a professional manner and maintain excellent customer relations.

Position Requirements:

• Good driving record and Washington State Driver’s License; a 3-year driver’s abstract and background check is required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to obtain Washington State Pesticide Operators License within first month of hire. In Harmony will provide study guides.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Monday through Friday, 7:00AM start time
